How Sri Lanka is Nailing Literacy and Multilingualism this World Literacy Day | Pulse
Literacy plays an important factor of a country as literate people can understand and learn new things easily. Sri Lanka's literacy rate is 92% and it way higher than most of the south Asian countries. This is mainly because of the free education system in the country and every child who are at the school age must go to school. And not sending children to school is punishable in law.
