Can you lose weight just by exercising more? Research on the matter is mixed. Some studies show that it works. Others, not so much.

Yes, I believe that thru exercise, we can lose weight gradually, but most of all, the advantage of exercise is, we can be more healthy and strong. So exercise is very important.
