Burnout, stress lead more companies to try a four-day work week | Reuters
There are some companies that are experimenting having employees work 4 days a week, but get paid for 5. The results are showing a more motivated work force, higher productivity, and better retention. We live in a work place where stress and burnout are commonplace.
