In another excellent article from the BBC Worklife series, Chris Ryan, the author of 'Civilized to Death: the price of progress', discusses whether rich people have the tendency to distance themselves from people because of their wealth differential.

Does this mean they are heartless or is there another reason for their standoffishness. It has been found that the correlation between health and happiness levels off very rapidly but yet the wealthy never stop aiming to become wealthier.

I watched this with interest and might actually go out and by the book because if this 5 minute 'reel' is anything to go by, its rather a fascinating look into the psychology and lets be honest, I will never experience this for myself!!

It might however explain why Steemians with very high SP have nothing to do with us little plebs!!

Food for thought and well worth a watch especially if you're a student of amateur psychology!
