Charging with Cosmo-Telluric current

A few weeks ago we went to a special place with my girlfriend to ground and recharge our self with Cosmo-Telluric current. But what is that exactly ?

A telluric current (from Latin tellūs, "earth"), or Earth current, is an electric current which moves underground or through the sea. Telluric currents are extremely low frequency and travel over large areas at or near the surface of the Earth.

I am a pragmatic person and I like to be precise with my words, a telluric current is not a magical phenomena, it can be measured and scientifically proved. This “energy” is simply electricity that a human can feel in some conditions. Humans are electric being and we can feel it with our entire body or into our hands.

How to feel it and how can we benefit from telluric currents ?

It depends on the place, the common rules are: settle for a moment, breath deeply and slowly, focus on the present moment, close your eyes if it helps to let go your thoughts.

In the place I am writing about today, one must go in front of the waterfall, stand straight, slightly open the arms, breath slowly and deeply and recharge with the light of the water. I went to this place many times and I can now feel the telluric current more and more. I guess it is also a matter of training and we are all different so we all feel different.

Some of my friends loves the feeling and some other feel sick after a while in front of the waterfall. In my own experience I can say, I feel it and I feel better after a while, kind of grounded and calm with serenity. I usually stay for 20 to 30 minutes then I feel it's enough for me and go for little silent walk in the mountains.

Where is this place ?

You will need to come to Switzerland! But they is many telluric currents on our planet, and I am sure they is one next to you that you may not be aware of. If you come to Switzerland, this is a really nice place to discover, next to the famous area where the Gruyere cheese is made and the Caillier chocolate frantic is located.

Jaun is situated high in Gruyère (canton of Fribourg), on the road to Jaun Pass connecting the area to the Simmental (canton of Bern). It's the only German-speaking area of Gruyère.
