Inter Milan to make new Lukaku bid of £60m plus bonuses to tempt Man Utd into deal

Following rejection of the series A bid with United insisting they pay at least £79m to sign the striker this summer, Inter Milan now hopes to sign Lukaku by offerig £60m.
