You need to download PS4 remote play onto your PC. Then you get OBS studio which is a free streaming program.

Hook your remote play up on your PC, then start the stream through OBS and hook it up with your dlive or dtube link and it should be working. I had to tweak some settings just following the recommendations that dtube made and it worked better.
