It is quite unfortunate and disappointing that sometimes after putting our best, our efforts to make a cause a success, we don't get an encouraging response.

Regarding yours, I think that the fact that someone took time to like it at all, is an achievement on its own. This should keep you to continue to make more efforts, to continue to try; someday there would certainly be irreversible breakthrough.
