Electric Bicycle Explore Tragedy in China

This incident was occurred at Cyber Cafe Shop in China, one electric bicycle parking inside cyber cafe shop . Suddenly, sparking and heavy smoke then bicycle start burning. At the end, this Cyber Cafe shop also suffer fire.
