Ginger Bingsu Dessert Cafe
Hi Steemians
When people mention about Bingsu dessert you will right away acknowledge "korean" Ice serving bowls. Korean Bingsu are highly popular in Thailand. Due to the heat, additional to the variety of seasoned fruits topping selections makes bingsu creators easily to favor us thais.
Today after work i have had the chance to visit this new Thai-Chinese Bingsu place where they have recreated Bingsu's original's korean dessert to a more Chinese style. Perfect to cool down for a 35 Celsius temperatured day. !!
This place is call "Ting Ting Bingsu"
It is open at 4 Pm- 10 Pm
Located right at Sathupradit 26 side road.
These dessert sounds relatively healthy using materials such as Ginkgo,
Lotus root, Longan, Jujube, sweet potato, Black grass jelly and of course Ginger. Have a try to support an extra new/ creative + local owned business.

People who love to eat are always the best people.
Hey Sue! I just watched this video with you speaking English, then watched the TV interview in Thai. What a trip seeing you so fluent in both languages; frankly it was a lot of fun watching you speak Thai and not having a clue what you were saying! lol
I love listening to Thai, it has such a sing songy intonation thing going on. I can listen to Thai all day and be totally happy and totally clueless.
Actually I've spent over two years of my life in Thailand not having a clue but totally enjoying the language.
I'm happy to see your career doing so well.
Have a great day!
