If they're still taking money, they're not shut down. Funny because it's true. I'll believe there's a serious shut down when the IRS has to shut down and tax collections are delayed. How about you?

I probably should've posted this using dmania, but I'm too short and have forgotten my login. :( Hope you enjoy it anyway. :)
