Another mass attack on our kids at elementary school

For Pete's sake waking up to another mass attack on our kids at an elementary school. A vicious military assault dog enters a school property and attacks 7 kids.

Can we please do SOMETHING! There is a simple solution to stop all future dog attacks. Raise the age of ownership of a dog from 18 to 21. Require background and mental health checks before buying a military assault dog.

BTW, I purposely left out the breed, because it can happen with any breed of military assault dogs. They only serve one purpose to attack as many people as possible.
