Millie got a stick!

Above the arctic circle, there are no trees. No trees mean no sticks. This makes Millie a sad dog. So we ordered a piece of java wood from https://www.homesalive.ca/

It was $17 for the wood, with $20 something in shipping. So, all in all, it's a $40 piece of wood. It's a good 4 pound chunk of a wood that shreds rather than it splintering. But it is SO MESSY on the carpets. It's probably an outdoor toy. But the other roaming dogs would steal it from her for sure if we left it out there. And it's too big and heavy for her to carry like soe does down south. Ahh well. Easy enough to pick up the chunks and vacuum daily.
