Donair Monkey bread!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I live in this magical land called 'the maritimes' which is the eastern coast of Canada. The Maritimes is a little bit like the south of the USA - we have a bit of accent and generally there is more of a rural, lower income population.

One popular local item to eat is a DONAIR which is like a DONER from the middle east, but it has a garlicky but super sweet vinegar sauce. Another dish with the "donair sauce" that you make a pizza with buttery garlic sauce and mozzarella cheese and you cut it into fingers instead of slices. You then dip the fingers in the sauce. It is a very local, acquired taste, but dannnnng it's good!

To make a play on these locally delicious items, I made a pull apart bread with dipping sauce to bring to a party!

Ingredients:
2 cans of Pillsbury croissants
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup diced white onions
Diced donair meat (optional, as desired)
Donair Spice(1 tsp each: pepper, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, oregano and paprika; 2 tsp cayenne pepper)
Donair Sauce (http://www.foodnetwork.ca/shows/great...)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix butter and donair sauce together in a bowl.
Roll out the croissant dough and cut into squares 8 pieces by 3 pieces (to have 24 squares total per dough sheet).
Take each square of dough individually and roll in the donair and butter mix.
Place in a greased loaf pan loosely.
Sprinkle with donair meat every layer of dough balls.
Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 mins
Invert pan and gently remove and place on serving tray. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
Add donair sauce beside it (or drizzle on)
