Pornstar sued Trump for the deal to be silent about their relationship
Pornacactress, implicated in an allegation of contact with US President Donald Trump, has filed a lawsuit against him claiming that the non-disclosure agreement she signed with him is invalid , the US media reports.
Stormy Dennels (her real name is Stephanie Clifford, BB) claims that the agreement drawn up before the 2016 presidential election is " invalid" because Trump has not signed it .
Trump's private attorney Michael Cohen has confirmed last month that he personally paid Stormy Denilles $ 130,000 to be silent about the relationship.
In the case brought by the porn poet, it is claimed that Cohen tried to force her to remain silent .
In an interview in 2011, Stormy Denilles revealed she had a sexual relationship with Trump in 2006 , shortly after his wife Melanie gave birth to their son Barron.
This information reverted to publicity in January after the Wall Street Journal reported that it had been paid to sign a collusion in the run-up to the 2016 election campaign .
Cohen said the president "categorically denies" any kind of romantic relationship with the star of adult movies.
In the civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles court, it is claimed that days before the election, Stormy Dennels and Cohen signed the "silence agreement," but Trump did not do so, which means it is " legally invalid and there are no legal consequences ".
Although lawyer Michael Cohen has confirmed he paid the pornographer, he did not say what the payment was made to.
He said last month that neither Trump nor his company was a party to the deal.
