What is the down side of cryptocurrency!?

First of all please don't get me wrong, probably everybody here is making money and have or will haver a better lifestyle thanks to cryptocurrency.

But every tech in the history of mankind have a down side, for exemple in the begining of XX century the seach for rubber lead to a war between brazil and bolivia "Acre War". However, every bad thing have a good side, a tech grow stupidly fast thanks to the nazis.

So for you what will be the down side of cryptocurrency ?

    i think that it just might be the chaos when so much people start to get insanely rich and there will have to be a redefinition of the price of things.. but ultimately i think its a great thing, and if the community can whitstand the obstacles that come, it will signify great change in humanity
