No worries! The pending interest is part of the blockchain algorithm, and not linked to the version of your wallet.

Did you change your UTXOs? or move your money out of your wallet and back?
I had hundreds of small UXTOs and summed them into 3 'reasonable' UXTOs - without moving them out and back
Whenever you move coins, interest is destroyed. It doesn't matter if they left the wallet or not, they were still moved unfortunately.
