Sharing by weight is also bs because this can be easily abused by having multiple accounts with smaller stake. You are not encouraging people to have bigger stake.

Nobody says u have to flag me first! I make first falg out and see what kind of response I get back in order to help me determine if the victim deserves moar flags!
