My answer is probably none of them, but given the choice of those four, Amazon would be the winner. All of them have their issues, but Amazon actually does sell physical products (I guess Google does, to some extent, and Facebook might even have a gadget or two).

With Google, Facebook and Twitter, we are the product. I don't want to work for a company whose business plan is either selling ads, or selling data.

That's why I wouldn't work for any of them, because Amazon likely sells their data, too. They win because they sell things other than data. :)
