WORK IN PROGRESS : Ballpoint Pen Drawing

in #drawing6 years ago

For the past few weeks, I have been diligently and patiently working on this piece of art. It's a portrait pen drawing which I've been utilizing simples and cheap tools to work on it - a cardboard paper of 12 by 15 inches and a ball point pen (black and blue).

Excellent, as usual

Oh, thank you dear friend.

Nice portrait ! Very good skills with the ballpoint !

Thank you dear friend...as always....it is my favourite.

Beautifully skilled drawing my friend, it looks very soulful❣️

Oh ma gosh! Thank you!

Looks pretty cool man. I like the texture and the way the light reflects on the hat. You are great with the pen!

Thanks for the accolade. I needed to portray the reflection of the light on the hat in order to separate the forehead from the cap as well as the facecap.

very good, this portrait is excellent, very good texture, with a little more contrast would improve but this really well, I congratulate you friend

Yea still working on it though. I know I still have a lot of work to do despite being so slow in completing it.
