'Otak kuning', in English, literally, directly translated is Yellow Brain.

Otak kuning is a word in Malay that is said to someone with dirty mind. Dirty here is dirty that related to sexual stuff.

    Could be that. Urine is yellow, and worldwide and globally accepted that urine is a dirty stuff. Hahaha. Need to investigate further on the origin of the word.
