Pineapple Whiskey cocktail

I know winter is the time of year where people like to relax and drink some warm cocktail spiked whit rum and all sorts of fruit, but what about that time when we are around the kitchen trying to make some food for a Christmas party. I think we can agree that last thing we want is a hot cocktail in our hand.
This Pineapple Whiskey cocktail is perfect for these moments. I know there are a lot of people that don't seem to think they like whiskey. Try out this cocktail and let me know afterwards what you think. It is a great tropical drink that doesn't have the full body taste of whiskey.

Recipe:

4 oz/ 120 ml Pineapple juice
1 oz / 30 ml Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
1/2 oz / 15 ml Lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Add ice to your cocktail shaker.
2. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until thoroughly chilled.
3. Add ice to your glass.
4. Pour over ice.
