Really?

Yep. Distilled is pure water unlike purified which is chemically enhanced or spring which is loaded with dead organic materials. Tap is garbage filled with chlorine and fluoride. We are about 70% water. Take care of the water we put in and watch how much better you become.........

The thing is chlorine and fluorides are not useless, in fact they are essential to health

How so? They've both been used in our water supply for less than 100 years. I wonder what we did for 10's of thousands of years before this wonderful time of fluoride and chlorine? Chlorine microscopically tears the inner walls of arteries. Fluoride calcifies the Pineal gland so I think I'll do without. I respect your opinion but I'm on a different train...............

Well, do you have proof or scientific studies to back your claims?

For the 10s of thousands of years before industrial revolution, ppl have been literally drinking water full of organic decays and microbes.

If you want to learn about water go check out Dr. Cassar on youtube then check out Dr. Morse. They'll enlighten you. As for scientific studies they're always funded by people or groups with a specific interest behind the study ......... no thank you. I've been drinking only distilled water for about 5 years now and am still here and healthier than I've ever been. I'll bet you think water hydrates the body? It doesn't, It is the universal solvent and strips the body of materials that shouldn't be within it. Interesting no? I do not use fluoride at all and my bones and teeth are just fine. Take some time and explore those gents. They're very interesting men with wonderful messages. If you dig deep enough and spend a bit of time with them you'll learn loads.

Thanks, for me I've been drinking mainly red tea instead of plain water for half a year already.

Red tea, I'll check it out. Enjoyed talking with you. Take care of yourself. Try distilled water. I'll bet you find it to be quite good in taste and in what it does for you.
