What a lovely ode to your grandma. I wish I had this relationship with mine. She didn't want that closeness as I wasn't the favorite daughter's child. And I was too headstone probably. It's sad though. But your relationship with your grandmother was special despite her condition. It didn't change her love for you nor yours for her. Keep that close to your heart.
