Avi, I think vendors should consider hiring op-sec pros (via reinproject.org once it's complete, an anonymous job market) to ensure whatever markets or hosting services they opt to use are up to par.
I think a lot of vendors/markets have become complacent from years of being left in peace. That is changing "bigly", because the current US administration has a hard-on for going after these guys.
