Great Article and thanks for sharing. I worked with a lot of people going through the same problem you were going through. Some people were able to over come their addiction one time with AA while others had to repeat AA several times. You are right about wanting to stop before you can stop, no one can solve such a problem for you. Great job quieting on your own, you must have a strong will and desire to be successful at quieting such a powerful drug. Thanks again for sharing your very personal story.
