This is typical of traditional ethnic Mongolian music, singing with throat and accompanied by Morin khuur instruments.

Morin khuur is a typical Mongolian string instrument that wears two strings, and has existed since the 12th century. In Mandarin is called Matouqin, which means a horse-headed instrument.
