steem power actual account value

I trasferred 1 LTC worth of 330 USD to buy steem power, showing i have 110 steem power with account value of 274 USD, i don't understand what happened to the remaining 56 USD, can someone please explain it.

    I transferred lite coin and did not get the same value.
    I think it will be used to promote the platform and if u use it, u will make money too.
