1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business?

Yes I have a plan to expand my business, every businessman starts from a small time when he starts a business, but gradually he plans to expand the business, I also started my business from a young age, now I am planning to expand my business. There are many good aspects of business expansion, business expansion.

Since I do authentic food business, here I sell authentic products, but I am running my business with only a few types of products, there are many buyers who want to buy more quantity and other authentic products, but because my business is small, I unfortunately fail to give them their desired product,

So I thought of expanding my business, and adding new products to my business according to the needs of the customers. As it will benefit me, I will be able to gain the trust of the customers due to being a big business and I will also be able to get financial loan facilities from the bank. I can benefit in every way.

2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

My business name is Authentic Food Business, I will take some steps to expand my business, which can bring me success in the field of business, every businessman's business structure is different and everyone has their own thoughts and strategies to move their business forward, I will also adopt some strategies, I arrange a business plan for the expansion of my business and try to implement it accordingly.

First of all, I research about it that the buyers in the market currently have a demand on any food, children, young, middle-aged and old people are different, do not have an idea about their needs and select the product according to the demand. I will place my shop in a place that will be noticed by customers and can take the place of their trust as it is a big business. And select a product that is necessary in daily life, which will increase acceptance.

And according to the needs of the customers, we will add new products to the business. After that, we will promote the business through digital marketing for business expansion, which can bring acceptance among the buyers. We will connect big businessmen with business, and build relationships with big organizations, it will also bring acceptance among the buyers. We will monitor and analyze the needs of customers every day, which will help to bring new changes in business strategy.

3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

Yes of course I am paying attention to my customer service, monitoring the good and bad reviews of the customers and trying to do something better for the customers accordingly, which will satisfy the customers, I am adopting some methods to improve my customer support strategy, I regularly take feedback from customers which helps me to understand the good reviews of the customers and if they are in trouble and solve the problem.

And since I also manage my authentic food business shop online and we have our own website, customers can tell us their problems through messages, and those who buy our products from offline mention their problems in the help center of the shop and we monitor the problems of the buyers carefully.

I also train the members involved in my shop so that they can get a better idea about the product and monitor the problems of the customers and provide quick solutions. And we try to establish good relations with customers so that they can present problems with our product with us, and we can solve them quickly.

I take expert advice at the beginning of my business and sometimes still to help customers. And now my team members and I try our best to solve the problems of the customers.

If a customer is dissatisfied with our service, I think first of all we should listen to the customer's problem, and try to understand his problems, and listen to the customer's problems and give positive feedback accordingly, so that the customer can feel that his words are being listened to seriously, solve the customer's problem beautifully, and make sure that the customer is satisfied after solving the problem. Maintain good relationship with the customer.

I try to take feedback from customers every day, and by observing their reviews, I realize that they have a good idea about my business.
