Are you planning any expansion of your business?

Business is a means of earning profit through investment. The more my business expands, the more profit I can make. Today I will discuss about my business. I plan to expand my business. I need to invest more to expand my business. I want to expand my business further by increasing investment. I need more capital to expand the business. Our business needs to purchase some more machines. After purchasing the machines, they have to be reset and prepared for saree making. To expand the business I will still need around Bangladeshi five target rupees. I will collect the capital and invest it.

I don't want to take loan to expand business. I want to reinvest the profits I get from my business annually. If I can invest from the profit, my business will show very little deficit. I plan to expand my business by the end of this year. So that at the end of the year I can expand the business again from the profit earned. I think it is better to invest the profit earned without taking a loan from the bank. I don't want to get into the hassle of paying off the loan. So I will expand my business from the profit I get at the end of the year.

If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

I will adopt some strategies to expand my business. It will be easy to expand my business when my strategies work. I am adopting some strategies to expand my business. Below I have mentioned some of my strategies.

• Increase production: I continue to strive to increase productivity in my business. Increasing the production to expand the business can lead to higher profits. In order to gain profit, I adopted the strategy of increasing the production in the factory more than before.

• Product made according to consumer demand: It is very important in business to increase production according to customer demand. I can only expand my business if I look for profitable ways to expand my business. Therefore, increasing the production of products according to customer demand is seen as one of the strategies.

• Increase business promotion: I need to increase the campaign to profit from the business. If my business doesn't have a campaign, it shouldn't be expanding. Since my business has a base, I need to increase the campaign to expand it.

• Selection of Product Quality: Product quality must be selected. One thing I think from the beginning is that in business it is about quality not quantity. So I will select the quality of my product first so that the customer is attracted to my product. My business can improve and expand only by providing good quality products to customers.

• Manpower Increase: Expanding a business requires focusing on increasing manpower. If I don't have enough manpower, my business may not be able to expand. Therefore, adequate manpower should be increased to keep the quality and production of products as per the demand. Otherwise the quality of the product will be poor so my business development and expansion may be hindered.

Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

Customer service is of course very important to running a business. The better customer service a business has, the more popular it can be. So I think a business should do customer service very well. It is better to import products especially according to the needs of the customers and according to their budget. If you produce the product according to the customer's demand and provide it at an affordable price, you will make a good customer. So I will keep customer service in my business. So that my business activities are accelerated very quickly. I want to make my business more popular through customer service.

I have made customer service a reality in my business. But I want to improve it. I have not yet created any business cards for my business. I want to increase my publicity with a business card. Also for business contact I would like to add my company name and give an offline contact address there. By doing this, the customer will be able to contact us anytime at any moment. I have not yet hired any manpower for customer service. I will appoint a person who will inform the customers about our business and help them with necessary information. So I want to say that even though my business is running, I want to improve it. I want my business to grow and gain recognition through good customer service.

Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers?

My job as a trader is to negotiate with customers and sell by presenting the quality of the product. I like to do business by treating customers well and being honest with them in my business. Want to be a good businessman by showing honesty to customers rather than cheating customers. I believe that customers expect quality products and a good experience. I try to treat my customers with proper good practices and provide quality products. Since business is about customers, it is the job of a businessman to understand their thoughts and hopes. Of course, as a businessman, I will try to fulfill the needs of customers. They should be given good treatment as expected.

As a businessman, it is my responsibility to fulfill the wishes of the customers. So I would like to gain popularity by offering cheap prices and treating them well. I will treat my customers the way I expect to be treated when I go anywhere as a customer. Because customers love good use. Quality products are available in many places, but good practices may not be available to all merchants. So as a businessman I will treat customers well and serve them with courtesy. I always remember, once a customer comes, they come back again and again. Only then can I move forward as a successful and popular businessman.
