Ouups! I turn to disagree with you in almost all the points.

  1. I can see we are in agreement with this point.

  2. I wonder how you expect new comers to post and engage when they are given limited resource credit. It is on the community to welcome them and make them see this place worth their time. Like I said in the video we cannot talk about mass adoption of Steem when do not make it easy for people to adopt Steem.

  3. I would agree with you that good content not having enough rewards is part of the game on Steem but we currently have communities (like @curie and @helpie) doing very well in digging and rewarding good content. If we can have more of such communities, the better.

  4. I do not see how marketing and hype relates to iteration on posts. I expect the marketing to be done out of Steem and to non-steem users.

  5. You might not see Flag wars to be problem because you probably have not been caught up in one. Also, this is a point used against Steem by other platforms. I remember someone from EOS platform tweeting about a flag war between some whales on Steem, using it against the community. It was a shame owing to the fact that he was right.
