HEALTHY SERIES | DINNER | TURKEY PATTIES- VIDEO
Treat yourself to this low-fat, healthy turkey patties with fresh salad or rice after a hard day's work, it's quick and easy to make. I have hidden ingredients inside such as zucchini and carrot to make them moist and yummy !
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
400 gr of turkey
1 large carrot, grated
Half courgette grated
Fresh Parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp of sour cream
salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1: Grate your carrot and zucchini/courgette.
Step 2: Use food processor to blend your turkey, onions, garlic and parsley, or cut everything by hand.
Step 3 : Add your meat mixture to courgette and carrots, add sour cream, egg, season well and mix well.
Step 4 : Spray your pan with low fat spray, add a little bit of butter ( optional) , place around 1,5 tbsp of mixture and fry your turkey patties on both sides for about 5 min on medium heat. Enjoy with salad, rice or mashed potatoes.

Ooo I found one more super food chef... Awesome.. I can see you using dtube. I don't know if you are aware of dtube erase all your and uploaded videos.. I realize it some days ago.. I went to my dtube channel because I want to watch some of my old video.. And all gone.. Omg... I was sure when we first upload something to dtube and on the blockchain.. It will stay forever.. Like on you tube.. So i lost all if my video.. Anyway i just wanted to say it to you if you didn't know... For me it was sad because iv was absolutely sure they was there for ever.. So i earsed them from all my devises.. Was thinking I have them on dtube for ever haha.. You might try Dlive... You can also go live on that platform... So you can cook live.. Haha.. I agree with @reginablanco. I am really trying to reduce the amount of meat I eat but this is such an healthier alternative for me.
This looks really yummy! I love making turkey burgers and usually only use olive oil, chopped onion and minced garlic. I'll have to try these. Thanks for sharing! :)
