Due to Improper and inactive lifestyle majority of the people suffers from obesity and its complications.Sometime its comolication becomes very fatal and lifespan is also reduced simultaneously.

So we must pay heed to our lifestyle and regularly assess our body weight.If weight exceeds normal then necessary steps should be taken.
