The whale pool is growing and is achieving the desired result. We support all members of the community with some support and allow members who have purchased stish to receive more % of upvotes.

We think we can after a period of time allow a renewal of access to larger whale pool rewards depending on active members and whale pool strength with Stish being required to participate in the future. We are creating a micro economy and community within a larger one. A way I often describe it to investors is that we are a city within a state within the country of Steemit.

Our stated goals are to raise 3.5 million from the sell of Stish to fund the whale pool curation accounts and also fund operations and development of version 2.0 which will be similar but hopefully more integrations with the blockchain.
