We usually stay at home, perhaps have some drinks, and sometimes make up our own games, etc. One of our favorite years was my wife and I at home alone creating a game where I would play songs on youtube and she would name the artist and try to guess the year as well. Was really fun :)
Sounds a lot like Jess and I. Maybe someday we will get together for some drinks and the guess the song game haha :). I hope you have a great New Years Eve.
