Ejercicio de pilates llamado Zancada, con ayuda de mancuernas realizaremos un ejercicio enfocado a las piernas.

Trabajaremos cuadriceps, femurales, gluteos y tambien la pantorrilla, nivel intermedio, los principiantes deben tener cuidado con el peso.
