I think having 3,000 claim accounts is a great start - and I like the sound of the first 10 videos, the community input and the fact that you are building this as a portal on a non-compete basis. Look forward to seeing the further progress. Maybe you could build an area onto the website for testimonials/case studies of those Steemians that come through your onboarding route and have positive feedback of the way they were introduced to the platform after they have been live for 2/3 weeks.
