He was thrown under the bus, but he definitely WAS part of it which you can see by looking up the leaked Bilderberg documents going from the 70s to 2011.
He was actively talking about creating a world government and was the head of the steering committee at Bilderberg where they were actively mapping out the creation of the European Union and deciding on what the IMF did next.
