Plastic waste found on remote islands /w Clean Planet Bag #54 on 17.05.2019

A recent study reported significant plastic waste on the beaches of remote islands in the Indian Ocean (see https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-019-43375-4 ). Reports like this have been in the news frequently the past years and this one just strengthens what we know already. We have to act now.
