A Bulgarian Split Squat puts majority of the focus on your forward leg and can be used as a stepping stone into more advanced single legged exercises. During this exercise the primary muscles being worked will be your Hamstrings (Back of your Thigh) and your Glutes more specifically, the cute little crease where your bum and hamstring tie together : )
