I am a vegetarian :p But still they look yummy to me. :D

Inspired by you I am also thinking of making my videos about the stuff I write about. Would you mind informing me that do you use a tripod when making videos ? And do you also use a mic for your voice or does th camera handles it all?

Yeah _same to you... my camera model is Canon SX Powershoot 420IS

OKay !! Thankyou

On camera mics are terrible. So, what i suggest to you is that you record it first and then do the voice over using some good USB Microphone. It is easy since it eliminates the background noise. These days you don't need a DSLR. Even some smartphone camera's can also perform good in good lighting.
Tripod is very important for making videos. Never make a video without tripod. You just need some basic tripod to hold your camera still and that's it. For microphone i would Rode video micro. Its a very good beginner microphone. Its a shot gun microphone so make sure while recording that it is pointed at you. This microphone eliminates sound from sides and back. Thus it is important to point it at you.
Also lighting also plays an important role. Two 160 LED panels and a prime lens will do the trick.

OKk thanks a lot
