Not sure what you mean by PM. Are you referring to Perfect Money? They don't have Silver as far as I know, only Gold. But they're adding BTC into their asset just recently including a free wallet.
I don't have much knowledge about precious metals BTW, but am willing to investigate into this to diversify my investments.
What can you recommend for me as the best place to buy Silver stock?
