RE: 🎥 Cardano 2nd Anniversary | Charles Hoskinson & @cryptospa | CRYPTO TALK #14

in #dtube5 years ago

I have seen a few Charles Hoskinson conferences on YouTube. Unfortunately not in person, like you did. I am always saying that he has a extra-galactic point-of-view about the crypto-sphere. He is looking at it from far far away -in the good sense-.

However, he is also always telling the same things at all the events where he speaks. That was the reason I liked to hear talking about different topics in this video. First he talked about decentralized social media and then about messaging apps. As far as I can remember, this has been the first time I hear about those topics from him.

You and I had a few conversations at the DTube Forum in Barcelona -I won't be in Hamburg-. You asked me about a few cryptoprojects. Now, five months after that event, I am able to talk after having really used EOS and Tron for at least one month. I like Tron. Yeah! And at first sight EOS looked awesome, but today I was unable to do anything because total CPU resource keep decreasing on my wallet. That cannot happen in Tron, where you hold certain amount of Energy -the CPU equivalent there- and the only way to change that is to stake or unstake, it is not dependant on the free market.

I am still a Cardano supporter, but I am also more realistic on it. It is still early times for Cardano, and we must be holding it for two or three years more. Also, I keep buying more Cardano, mainly from airdrop income and lately even I sold Steem -which was my plan long before this bear market for our prefered social media cryptocurrency-.

So, yeah, still optimistic on it and planning to invest more and more, and not only economically, but my own time as I will try to learn Plutus -the smart language for the Cardano computational sidechain-.
