We have all been in the situation where we find ourselves starring at the ceiling and wishing to go to sleep.
Look no further as this solution has helped me time and time again.
The combination of Milk, Honey and a peaceful environment will seal the deal for you!

Ingredients -
1 Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Honey

Directions-
Pour one cup of milk into a microwavable safe cup
Microwave for 1 minute
Mix with one Teaspoon of Honey and Stir
Sip slowly and meditatively for better results and boom you'll feel sleepy.
