My Video on DTube Isn't Playing - Need Help

Can anyone tell me why my video isn't playing on DTube? All my others have worked just fine. This one is in the same file format as all the others and is small in file size so I am not sure what has gone wrong.

I'm not having any problems playing that video.
But sometimes I also find videos that just won't play. When I refresh the page for five to six times, suddenly it will start playing. I guess that sometimes the servers are busy and that this is causing these problems, not sure though.

Thanks for checking it out for me. I refreshed several times and it never worked for me.
