Why it's IMPORTANT to MOVE! - DTUBE DAILY #55

in #dtube7 years ago

Hey everyone!

In today's video I want to talk about the importance of moving your body, and not being a couch potato!

I've been going through a state of not moving much, and I've felt some pretty negative effects from it. It's almost as if I'm forgetting that there's a whole world out there full of opportunity and things to experience. When you sit inside all the time it's easy to lose sight of this.

It's so important to get out and move, because not only is it healthy for you physically, but it has such a positive effect on your mental health as well. Just getting out the front door is enough to instantly raise your spirits and frequency level, but venturing our farther such as on a hike in nature, breathing the fresh air, feeling your heart beat fast and the sweat pour down your face -- that's how you feel alive!

Nature is by far the world's number one therapy and a lot of people would solve most their mental health problems if they just spent more time in nature. There's something so healing and spiritual about it. It's like the universe is telling us we're in the right place when we're out in nature. I highly recommend getting outside, taking your shoes off, feeling the earth beneath your feet, and running around causing you to breath heavily and sweat. You'll feel so good as a result. You'll feel happier.

Thank you @dtube for helping me get out into nature more for when I film these videos. It's an awesome part of my days. :)

Hope this could serve as a friendly reminder to you all to take more time to get outside and move! You won't regret it!

Have a great day everyone.

Take care,
Jordan

Maybe we should be able to mine Steem by moving. Proof of Run, maybe?

THAT would be amazing. Have some sort of STEEM running app where you could earn it by logging miles. Would be hard to figure out how to stop people taking advantage of it and not actually running though.

That's for the programmers to figure out. Oh wait, I'm a programmer. Damn!

I’d strap my phone to a fan and turn it on high!

Posted using Partiko iOS, join the beta testing program here

I think it would be necessary to have someone monitoring all submitted mileage logs, and you'd need to have a gps map provided of where you went with speeds and all that shown. Basically to make it a lot harder to fake!

I agree 100% with you. "Connection" (i think) is the key word when interaction with nature is about.

By the way @jordanpike,last Wednesday i published an article that, if you can and are willing to, i would apprecite you to read and watch it, and make any comment or feedback you think is convenient, tank you

Yeah!

I read your article. Upvoted. :)
