With all the TEMPORARY China FUD this month, I think in the near future (6 months - 1 year) we will all look back and laugh... because by that time their ICO ban will of been lifted and China will likley have over 2000 new ICOs released by that time.
PayPie does not do anything above and beyond Populous. In fact Populous is more than PayPie, Populous will have an in-house credit worthiness system etc. Nevertheless, PayPie may pop when tokens are distributed.
