Hey SteemSquad and DTubeNation!

This post on Facebook was a bit triggering but also gave me quite a laugh. One of the higher up admins of the Australia Youtube group accused Dtube as a failure and “no userbase.”

So I had to chime in on some of his comments because he clearly had no idea.

Please say hi! I'd love to meet everyone on here and talk about cryptos and life 👊

Have a lovely day and hope you join me on this epic journey #GoEOS

Haters gonna hate!

Not taking a competitor seriously is a big mistake - They will learn that sooner or later (even if it is not because of @dtube). They are just so used to being the No.1 that they can't even imagine not being. It's just seems not possible in their heads. I am not saying that @dtube will be bigger than YT, don't get me wrong. But if YT keeps developing that way while ignoring new competitors, one day they won't be No.1. anymore!

So damn right. I feel Youtube might heading in the wrong direction in regards to how Vine ended up ignoring a lot of it's users. DTube is very reactive at the moment as in their taking a lot of feedback and it's so good to hear them talk about what they intend to do in the future.

Truth be told, there's a long way to the top, but I agree that, just because DTube is in an early phase, it doesn't automatically mean it's a failure already.

This site is much, much, much more stable than most of the video sharing sites I've seen so far.

Haha YouTube not liking you soon brother lol, you know what it's about now ;)

Hey buddy, I meet the negative Nelly’s all the time!! Only this afternoon I had to convince my daughters friends to sign up. They will make an intro video and I’ll show them the benefits!! Thanks for the upload mate

Good on ya, mate! You're a pioneer on here. Always look forward to your videos

lol. Love how these people make conclusions without actually doing any research. and honestly dtube & steemit is getting tons of traction as major youtubers are already switching. Great quality content! keep it up. subscribed & liked!

You're on the ball! Glad you see the big shining light of steemit and dtube.

Have a fantastic day, bud!

Thanks! You too! :D

Old mate is gonna miss out on all the fun!

He'll be grinding on here as well. Ouchies.

The problem with YouTube is their constant algorithm experiments to increase watch time. If they don't address this issue then some other site could take over and I sure would love it if that site would be DTube :)

There's no need for a takeover, rather an alternative. Maybe how Facebook and twitter are similar but unique in their own sense

Exactly. The internet is a big enough space for all players. In the end it's we the users that will get a better product. It's win-win for everyone when innovations happen. The Internet is getting more optimized to reward value. Eventually people will not see a point with giving their time away and not getting anything back in return!

But the most important and cool part here is how this new incentive reward makes people more engaged and not just be in consumption mode. People feel more connected. It's more of a two side relationship instead of a one side thing you got going on the other platforms. This is just the next evolution of the Internet. We are building real tribes again.

And the best of all is that we have a built in reputation system. Because I believe most people care about increase that then the financial digital reward. People will work a lot just to get a better reputation so they can get some nice prideful feelings from that. Because it feels very rewarding by giving away value instead of taking.

But the old system wasn't optimized enough. Now we have speeded up the process between transactions and we can instantly see improvements in how people act and behave. This year will be very exciting!

I think you're absolutely right. Nothing lasts forever, decentralisation is simply superior to any centralised service.

At certain times, it's not haha.

lol they caught u you ur a youtuber what ur doing on dtube :/

There's nothing wrong with being on Youtube. Ever since I discovered DTube I haven't uploaded on Youtube haha. There's no rush to get content on Youtube anymore, everyone has seen it all.

On here, I can just be myself and there's a new wave of creators to follow on this platform which is half the reason why I'm staying because we're all on this journey together. #DtubeDaily

you are right brother there is nothing wrong and i am also a youtuber i did also upload a video on dtube.we have work on both u can upload the same content of dtube and utube.

Nah man! Dtube exclusive content is the way to go

its upto you man!!!

Hahahaha. He will learn eventually.

I am awaiting the day he does haha

It's probably natural for people to question anything that is new and different, however, I have people who are switching over every day. I keep telling my youtube crowd to make the move. Yesterday, I had lunch with a friend and we talked crypto, steemit, and Dtube. He was interested immediately. The wave is coming!

That's awesome! I just know a lot of youtubers who would only jump on this because of short term gain, that's why I don't tell them about it

I think those that would come for just the money will flame out or adjust their attitude after being here a bit, but it's hard to say.

Just means they'll be fake. I'm over it. I like getting paid for who I am for once.
