Jägerschnitzel - Type Recipe
A classic hunter's cutlet with spaetzle as a side dish is always a pleasure. It is a dish from the classic cuisine, in which veal or pork cutlets with mushroom cream sauce are prepared.
As an accompaniment instead of the Spätzle, chips are also suitable.
The ingredients are:
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of ham cubes
- an onion
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- Parsley
- Milk as required
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 pork cutlets
- 500 g spaetzle
- Flour
- an egg
- Breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs
- fat / butter / butterfat for frying
