Memories of the Azores

First of all, normally I would post it directly on #travelfeed.io but there is no video uploader. Or I didn't see it?

I have done it in August this year. It took a while to put all clips to one short 5 min together.
Thanks for some "Go Pro" Apps.

In the Azores you can walk and hike really good and it makes fun to go for long walks. Really easy and nice is the route from Ponta Delgada to Sao Roque, which is a suburb of Ponta Delgada.
This suburb has probably with the "Praia das Milícias" one of the beautiful black lava sand beaches of whole São Miguel. By the way, you can get there quite fast to 4 beaches that are basically next to each other.
On the way from Ponta Delgada to Sao Roque, you can cross-country ski the extended promenade directly at the sea or cycle. There is also a cycle path. It takes only 60 minutes by a gentle walk to get there, but the route is worthwhile as you can enjoy a wonderful view and the path is also decorated with some cafeterias.
Those who will go there will also pass the "Miradouro do Ilhéu de Rosto de Cão", which is a beautiful viewing platform from which you have an overview about everything, the beauty of the area.
But take a look by yourself. I finally found time to sit down and look through all my pictures and videos. There are still so many photos and some topics, but first I start with this one. Hope you like it.

Memórias dos Açores

Nos Açores pode caminhar e caminhar muito bem e é divertido fazer longas caminhadas. Muito fácil e agradável é a rota de Ponta Delgada para São Roque, que é um subúrbio de Ponta Delgada.
Este subúrbio tem provavelmente com a "Praia das Milícias" uma das belas praias de areia de lava negra de São Miguel. By the way, você pode chegar lá muito rápido para 4 praias que estão basicamente ao lado um do outro.
No caminho de Ponta Delgada para São Roque, você pode esquiar no calçadão estendido diretamente no mar ou bicicleta. Há também uma ciclovia. Leva apenas 60 minutos a pé para lá chegar, mas o percurso vale a pena, pois pode desfrutar de uma vista maravilhosa e o caminho está também decorado com algumas cafetarias.
Quem lá for vai passar também pelo Miradouro do Ilhéu de Rosto de Cão, que é uma bela plataforma de observação a partir da qual você tem uma visão geral de tudo, da beleza da região.
Mas dê uma vista de olhos por si próprio. Finalmente encontrei tempo para me sentar e ver todas as minhas fotos e vídeos. Ainda há muitas fotos e alguns tópicos, mas primeiro eu começo com este. Espero que gostem.

Erinnerungen an die Azoren

Auf den Azoren kann man sehr gut wandern und lange Spaziergänge machen. Schön ist die Strecke von Ponta Delgada nach Sao Roque, welches ein Vorort von Ponta Delgada ist.
Dieser Vorort hat wohl mit der “Praia das Milícias“ über einen der schönen schwarzen Lavasandstrände von ganz São Miguel. Nebenbei man hier recht schnell zu 4 Stränden gelangen, die im Grunde nebeneinander liegen.
Auf den Weg von Ponta Delgada nach Sao Roque kann man die ausgebaute Promenade direkt am Meer langlaufen oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Ein Radweg ist vorhanden. Man braucht zu Fuß etwa 60 Minuten dorthin, doch die Strecke lohnt sich, da man eine wunderbare Aussicht genießen kann und der Weg auch mit ein paar Cafeterias geschmückt ist.
Wer da langläuft kommt auch am “Miradouro do Ilhéu de Rosto de Cão“ vorbei, welches eine wunderbare Aussichtsplattform ist, von der man die Schönheit der Gegend wahrnehmen kann.
Doch schaut selbst. Ich habe endlich Zeit gefunden, mich hinzusetzen und alle meine Aufnahmen durchzusehen. Es sind noch so viele Fotos und einige Themen, doch erstmal fange ich mit diesem hier an.
